Make Sure You Receive Our Emails
Sometimes, emails from the League and our subsidiaries may land in your spam or junk folder—even if you’ve opted in to receive them. Here’s how to make sure our updates reach your inbox:
Server-Side Whitelisting
Email servers, like Microsoft Exchange and Office365, often filter messages before they reach your inbox. If our emails aren’t arriving, ask your IT team to whitelist the following domains on the email server, including those used by Carrick Professionals, our subsidiary:
- carolinasleague.org
- gowithcarrick.com

Client-Side Whitelisting
Once your server is set, you may also need to adjust your specific email client (like Outlook or Gmail) to recognize the League and its affiliates’ emails as safe.
Quick Tip: If you spot one of our emails in spam, mark it as “not spam” or “not junk” to quickly add us to your safe senders list.
