One Version of the Truth

The Carolinas Credit Union League and PLR are organizations designed to support the health and vitality of credit unions in North and South Carolina.

The League, through membership dues, provides premier advocacy services to ensure that public policy impacting credit unions remains contemporary and member-focused. In addition, membership dues and fees will support other products and programs, such as professional education, collaborative activities, and risk management initiatives.

PLR serves as a for-profit company designed to engage in commercial enterprises to support the health and vitality of credit unions. The League, as its owner, is the recipient of the financial success of PLR. The League then returns this value to its member-owners by reducing reliance on dues and enhancing product and service offerings.
