Leadership Development Institute (LDI)
LDI empowers current and rising credit union leaders with modern strategies to develop leadership and critical thinking skills. Students enrolled in the one-year program gain new insight, abilities, and strategies to integrate within their credit unions. Graduating its first cohort in 2016, LDI delivers a new class of dynamic and effective leaders ready to continue and enhance the missions of their credit unions.
