The Protégé Competition is an opportunity for credit unions and chapters to recognize the value and potential in rising professionals, age 40 and under, enhance chapter programming and credit union interest, reinforce cooperative principles, and credit union philosophy, and support the League’s investment in developing leadership.

Nominate yourself for the Protégé Competition!
Each League-affiliated credit union can nominate one candidate to compete at the chapter level, where participants will submit a standard essay and deliver a five-minute presentation on a selected topic. Chapter winners advance to the final round at the League’s February conference, where they’ll present their speeches in front of an audience and complete a proctored exam. This is an incredible opportunity to stand out and make your mark in the credit union community!
