Jessica Hendrix

Jessica brings over 18 years of administrative support experience to her role as vice president of business operations. Her primary mission is to oversee the Carolinas Credit Union League’s day-to-day operations as well as seeking opportunities to expand the footprint and revenue of the League’s for-profit subsidiary, PLR.

For Jessica, her role means being a part of the solution that helps credit unions remain competitive while ensuring that the internal needs of the staff are met. She is deeply committed to the success of credit unions and values the people-centric nature of the industry.

She finds immense satisfaction in witnessing how credit unions are quick to support their communities, especially in times of disaster. At the League, she feels valued and supported, both in terms of what the association does for credit unions and how management supports its team.

Beyond her professional commitments, Jessica is actively involved in various causes close to her heart. She mentors individuals with multiple sclerosis through the National MS Society’s CHAT MS program and volunteers at her daughter’s school. Her passion for multiple sclerosis extends to both local and national efforts, reflecting her dedication to making a difference in the lives of those affected by the condition. She is also a strong advocate for animal shelters.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys home decorating and the creative process of refinishing furniture through recycling. She believes in the power of optimism, cares deeply about understanding human nature, and excels as a strategic thinker, always seeking innovative solutions.
