As an attendee at this event, your contact details will be used to compile a participant list that will be used by: the Carolinas Credit Union League event organizers; third-party event organizers; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable); sponsors and exhibitors; and parties associated with related events. If you are a speaker, your presentation documents may be loaded to carolinasleague.org or associated website, or provided to participants to view after the event.

Additionally, should you have a reservation at the conference hotel, the League may have access to your name and confirmation number for your hotel reservations as needed.

Should you not wish for your details to be used for these purposes, please contact the League’s event organizers at development@carolinasleague.org at least two weeks prior to the event.

 

Photo & Video Release

Carolinas Credit Union League (League) may take photos and/or videos of attendees throughout this event. These photos/videos are for League use only and may appear on the League and/or event website, newsletter, brochures, social media outlets, or other future promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
