Allie Yearby

Allie Yearby joined the Carolinas Credit Union League in 2022 and now serves as professional development manager, overseeing meetings and conferences, the League’s emerging leaders network CUxEL, virtual education offerings, and chapter support. She contributes to advancing the department’s goals and expanding professional development opportunities for credit union professionals across the Carolinas.

Yearby works closely with credit unions and key constituencies to foster relationships and promote a strong culture of learning. An active member of the Upstate Chapter of Credit Unions and the CUxEL Council, she brings firsthand experience as a former CUxEL Protégé competitor to her work.

She focuses on mentoring, collaboration, and developing programs that strengthen skills and knowledge for both emerging and established credit union professionals. Yearby values work-life balance, authenticity, and teamwork, and is passionate about supporting the next generation of credit union professionals while helping member credit unions meet their goals.
