Andrea Williams

Andrea oversees internal HR operations at the League, including policy development, benefits, and talent recruitment. She also leads internal committees focused on employee wellness and belonging, enhancing the workplace culture.

Andrea’s credit union journey began in 1997 with First Carolina as an accounting analyst before transitioning to the League and into Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Carolina A&T State University and a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
