Brittani Champlin

Based in the Columbia office, Brittani Champlin has been with the Carolinas Credit Union League since 2014. She serves as vice president of professional development, guiding the strategic direction of the department to ensure programs and resources align with the evolving needs of credit union professionals and volunteers.

Champlin has led initiatives including the League’s Annual Meeting, LAUNCH Conference, and the Southeastern Regional Credit Union School (SRCUS), where she serves as executive director. She also provides consultation and support to the MACCU Board and oversees the annual membership process.

Her work spans program development, event coordination, vendor management, budget oversight, and securing speakers for on-site and virtual education. Champlin is known for her attention to detail, organizational skill, and ability to find innovative solutions in event execution and professional development programming. She graduated from the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) December 2025.

Champlin’s dedication is driven by her core values of integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic. She thrives on organization and creativity and is recognized as a trusted resource for both member credit unions and colleagues.
