Brooke Rouse

Brooke Rouse is the director of meetings and conferences at the Carolinas Credit Union League (CCUL), where she leverages her passion for professional development and her strengths as a “developer” to create impactful events and training programs that foster growth and learning for credit union professionals. Having started with CCUL eight years ago as a part-time administrative assistant, Brooke’s dedication and ability to align departmental goals with member needs have been instrumental in her growth within the League.

In 2023, Brooke transitioned to the Professional Development team, where she has further utilized her skills in event planning and program development. Since 2018, she has helped coordinate the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) program, and now, as the lead, she is committed to its continued evolution and success. Brooke takes pride in seeing LDI students benefit from the program and watching their professional careers thrive.

Brooke is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC). She is driven by her core values of curiosity, kindness, empathy, and dependability, which guide her in creating meaningful experiences for credit union professionals. She loves being a part of the tight-knit community of credit unions and HR and training groups, where the cooperative spirit and a commitment to putting members first are paramount.
