Jessica Hendrix

Jessica brings over 18 years of administrative support experience to her role as vice president of business solutions. In this role, she supports the Carolinas Credit Union League’s internal operations while playing a growing part in advancing the reach and revenue of its for-profit subsidiary, Carrick Professionals—particularly through its expanding Partner Solutions.

For Jessica, being in business solutions means helping credit unions stay competitive and ensuring the League team has what it needs to succeed. She is deeply committed to the credit union movement and values its people-first approach.

She finds great fulfillment in seeing credit unions rally behind their communities, especially in times of need. At the League, she feels a strong sense of purpose—not only through the impact the organization has on its members, but also through the supportive culture fostered by leadership.

Outside of work, Jessica is active in causes close to her heart. She mentors individuals with multiple sclerosis through the National MS Society’s CHAT MS program, volunteers at her daughter’s school, and advocates for animal shelters. Her dedication to MS awareness and support spans local and national efforts, reflecting her passion for helping others.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys home decorating and upcycling furniture. She thrives on creativity, believes in the power of optimism, and brings a strategic mindset to everything she does.
