Mariah Herring

Mariah Herring serves as communications specialist II for the Carolinas Credit Union League, where she supports internal and external communications, coordinates publication schedules, manages digital content, and assists with marketing campaigns and event media. With a strong foundation in writing, editing, and visual storytelling, she helps share impactful stories that highlight the value of League initiatives and the credit unions it serves.

Herring holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Fine Arts in film production from Full Sail University. Prior to joining the League, she worked as a marketing coordinator with BauscherHepp and as a freelance digital media specialist, developing campaigns and driving audience engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, writing, and performing spoken word poetry.
