Taylor Eblen brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry—including both banking and credit union sectors—and more than 15 years of leadership in human resources and learning & development. In her role, she leads the strategy and delivery of Carrick Talent Solutions, providing innovative, people-centered HR services tailored to the needs of credit unions and other mission-driven organizations.

Taylor’s background in financial services and strategic HR has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complex talent challenges facing today’s organizations. Her expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational design makes her a trusted partner to clients navigating growth, transition, and transformation.

She holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and is licensed in Accident & Health Insurance in South Carolina.
