We want you to be relaxed and comfortable! Business casual is suitable for most conference functions, and you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater into meeting rooms. Those attending the Summer Soiree on June 1 are encouraged to wear relaxed soiree attire.
Name Badges
When you check in onsite for the conference, you’ll receive your name badge—please wear it throughout the event so we can help foster a welcoming and secure environment for all attendees. Your badge includes a pocket agenda and drink tickets for use at the opening Summer Soiree.

Meal Information by Date
- June 1: Board of Directors Workshop and Small CU Roundtable refreshments, C-Suite Welcome and Summer Soiree feature heavy hors d’oeuvres & drinks.
- June 2: Breakfast & lunch for all attendees, light refreshments during exhibit hall hours, and hors d’oeuvres and refreshments during the closing Exhibitor Showcase reception.
- June 3: Breakfast for all attendees.

Carolinas Credit Union Foundation’s Wine Pull & Raffle
Inside the Exhibit Hall, the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation’s Wine Pull & Raffle returns June 1–2, supporting scholarships, small credit union grants and chapter fundraising efforts across the Carolinas. Attendees can participate in the Wine Pull by purchasing a number that corresponds to a bottle of wine at the Foundation booth, with every bottle valued at $30 or more.
In addition, attendees can enter the Foundation’s grand raffle onsite or online for a chance to win a getaway to The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, a prize valued at $2,500 and donated by South Carolina Federal Credit Union. Raffle tickets are $20 each, three for $50 or seven for $100, and winners do not need to be present to win. Visit the Wine Pull & Raffle donation site to learn more.
Our Emcee
Returning as emcee, Steve Gilliland brings his signature humor and high‑spirited energy to the program. A Hall of Fame speaker, best‑selling author, and successful entrepreneur, Gilliland is widely recognized as one of the industry’s top motivational voices. Beyond the spotlight, he continues to share a deep affinity for the credit
union movement, shaped by years of involvement and industry engagement.
Golf Outing & Prizes
Play will begin on Tuesday afternoon with a shotgun start. Those who pre-registered for this event, please meet at Port Royal Golf by 12:30 p.m., and you will have the opportunity to win prizes! Winners will be announced at the Exhibitor Showcase closing reception.
Leisure Activities
Advance registration was required for leisure activities. Stop by event check-in for any questions on either of these two featured experiences made for credit union employees and guests:
- Hop aboard a private Hilton Head History tour on June 2 at 1 p.m.—departing from the hotel lobby at 1:00 p.m.
- Tap into your creative side at a Sweetgrass Basket Weaving Class on June 2 at 2 p.m. in the Mitchelville Gazebo Room.

Exhibitor Showcase
Games & Prizes
All credit union attendees will be eligible to enter to win available vendor booth door prizes starting Monday, June 1 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. during the Exhibitor Showcase Preview, and again on Tuesday, June 2 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. during designated exhibit hall hours on the schedule. Door prize winners will be announced at participating vendor booths no later than 6:30 PM on Tuesday. Vendors are responsible for notifying their winners.
Additionally, the League is hosting a Grand Prize Raffle for a truly grand treasure!
How to play: At the Exhibitor Showcase, every conversation counts. Visit participating
exhibitors June 1-2 to collect entry tickets and drop them off in the golden drum in the conference hall area. Each ticket you collect increases your odds of winning the Grand Prize sponsored by Visa. The price includes up to 8 tickets to Disney World – OR – 5 tickets to Universal Studios; plus, assorted theme park merch and a $500 gift card! Must be present to win. Note: This game is for credit union employees only. Guests excluded.
Closing Reception (Coastal Carnival Style!)
Wrap up the Exhibitor Showcase in style at our carnival-themed closing reception! Enjoy carnival games, treats and premium refreshments, and get your portrait done by one of our caricature artists. The exhibit hall stays open during the reception, so keep connecting with vendors to earn entries for door prizes and our grand Grand Prize Raffle!
